	Schnitzer Mills - Pico     PICO                             The PICO represents a breakthrough from the typical plastic housing used for smaller kitchen appliances, and includes the technology and design attributes of the larger models. Beautifully finished in lightly oiled maplewood, this mill is ideal for any household, designed to attractively occupy a small space. The housing is constructed to resist warping, twisting or cracking. No particle-board is used. The Millstones are of corundum is in ceramic, totally inert in composition and infinitely adjustable. These stones are exceptionally hard, and self sharpening, designed to last many, many years. The strong, reliable 250 watt Motor is mounted vertically to operate the mill-stones in the top milling chamber. A simple twist and lift action of the lid reveals the stones if and when cleaning becomes necessary. The hopper holds 600 grams of grain, and the standard version is made of wood, to suit the rest of the mill. 	Schnitzer Mills - Vario   VARIO (mill & flaker) The ultimate answer.....two functions in one!   The VARIO is the flagship domestic mill, with a 360 watt motor operating both mill and flaker - the "two-in-one" solution. Beautifully housed in an oiled beechwood housing with corundum in ceramic mill stones (infinitely variable) and stainless steel flaking rollers (pre-set to medium), with a choice of stainless steel or wooden hopper. As the flaker only crushes the grains (not milling them), there is no oxidation with the stainless steel rollers, and neither with the milling chamber that is immediately coated with the first flour produced at each milling session. MILLING:  The best possible flour produced by safe, inert stones that produce a very fine flour. FLAKING: Make your own rolled oats, pressed linseed, wheat, rye or any other seed or grain. (Capacity: 1kg in 10 minutes, pause 5 min, then do another 1 kg). This unit has two feed areas, one for milling & one for flaking...but with a common exit chute.
