Little Ark, manual version that does 1 lb of flour in 15 minutes, has stood the test of time, as tens of thousands have been sold and are still being used all over the world. Very durable as they can withstand nearly continuous production of flour for long periods of time. Standard mills are stone, but burrs (steel) are also supplied to use on moist grains if required.
